Axon TMS supports yard operations. Aegis, our AI product for document processing, is in development. For a different workflow, website or application, we can discuss a custom build.
Can we discuss a public-sector project?
Yes. Share your brief and any procurement, accessibility, security or hosting requirements. We will discuss the scope and assess whether we can meet the specific needs of the project.
What will it cost, and how long will it take?
Both depend on scope, integrations and delivery requirements. After an initial discussion, we propose an approach, estimated budget and timeline. Any changes are discussed as the project develops.
Where does AI fit into a project?
Where it serves a clear purpose: extracting information, assisting a task or reducing repetitive work. We discuss data handling, limitations and where human review is needed before choosing an approach.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Dion Group is based in Greece and works internationally. We can discuss your project in English, German or Greek, and agree a practical way to collaborate across locations.
What happens to ownership and support?
For custom projects, we agree code ownership, licences, hosting, documentation and support in the project scope. Dion products have their own terms. These details are part of the conversation from the start.
Do you build websites and online shops?
Yes. Company websites, online shops, booking systems and customer portals, designed and built by our team in English, German or Greek. They are fast, easy to manage and can connect to the systems you already use.
Can AI take over our paperwork?
Often, yes. AI can read invoices, delivery notes, CMRs, orders and emails, extract the data and enter it into your systems, with a person checking what matters. Aegis, our own AI product for logistics documents, is in development.
Do you make software for logistics companies?
Yes. Axon TMS, our own yard and terminal management system, runs gate check-in, dock loading, documents and release for truck operations. We also build custom software for transport, warehousing and distribution.
Can you build an AI agent or chatbot for our business?
Yes. AI agents and chatbots that answer customers, handle requests, read documents and carry out tasks in your systems, connected to your own data and with clear limits on what they may do. We start with one task where the value is clear, then grow from there.
Do you build product configurators?
Yes. Online product configurators and quote calculators that let customers design a product, see it in 2D or 3D and get a price straight away, connected to your pricing, ERP and orders. The window configurator shown above is one example.
